Tammy Sosnowski, MHRM, PHR, SHRM-CP, Director, HR Solutions
Tammy is a talented Human Resources practitioner who brings more than 20 years of experience to her role as Director of HR Solutions. Tammy is responsible for managing the group that provides tactical and transactional support in outsourced engagements and projects.
Tammy also leads retained search engagements for clients and manages the internal PROXUS talent acquisition process. As a key member of one of our Client Service teams, Tammy regularly engages staff and managers at all levels of client organizations to advise and guide them on matters of employee relations, regulatory compliance, performance management, recruitment and more. Tammy leads or contributes to projects including employee handbook design, policy development, writing job descriptions and creating performance review tools.
Prior to joining PROXUS in 2002, Tammy worked in the corporate and non-profit industries.At MCI Systemhouse she was an internal HR Consultant for client groups which included 2,000 employees across the United States and Canada. While there she was responsible for many projects related to large-scale restructuring of the organization, including processing transfers of employee groups between business units or companies, reclassifying employees to new compensation plans and job levels, implementing HR policies and procedures, and consulting with employees and managers regarding employee relations issues.
Previously, she worked at the Anti-Defamation League, managing the leave of absence and disability programs, counseling staff on HR and benefits questions and supervising the intern program.
Tammy earned a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Rutgers School of Labor Relations and Management, and a bachelor’s degree in English and Communication from Rutgers College. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and holds both SHRM-CP and HRCI PHR certifications.
