Jeff Green, Principal
As an entrepreneur and leader of a dynamic and growing professional services firm, Jeff brings over twenty three years of experience in human resources management to help organizations ranging from small businesses to large corporations align practical HR strategies and programs with critical business objectives.
In his current role as co-founder and Principal of PROXUS, Jeff is responsible for driving the long-term growth and profitability of the organization through strategic planning, business development, and sales and marketing. Additionally, as head of PROXUS’ HR Division, Jeff is responsible for providing strategic advice and guidance to business leaders and HR executives, as well as coaching and professional development support to PROXUS’ team of HR practitioners.
Jeff is also the President and Owner of Granatt HR, a human resources management and consulting company that now operates as PROXUS’ HR Division. Additionally, Jeff was founder and president of Competitive Edge Group, a human resources consulting organization.
Before his entrepreneurial ventures, Jeff was a corporate human resources executive in the healthcare and later financial service industries, where he developed expertise in a wide range of areas including merger and acquisition issues, employee and labor relations, management training, organizational and leadership development, recruitment, benefits, and compensation.
Specifically, it is Jeff’s wide range of experience in both the corporate and entrepreneurial landscapes that enables him to understand and address the business and HR needs of PROXUS’ diverse client organizations.
Jeff holds an M.B.A. in General & Strategic Management from the Temple University Fox School of Business Management and a B.B.A. degree with a dual major in Finance and Risk Management & Insurance from Temple University as well. He was a recipient of the 2009 Philadelphia Business Journal’s Minority Business Leaders Award and was previously recognized by the Philadelphia chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society with their Business Leadership Award. Jeff actively serves as a leader within his local church, participates in various community service initiatives and currently serves on the board of directors at Friends Life Care, a non-profit provider of long term care services.
