Colton Zacca, Principal
Colton blends in-depth knowledge of technology with a creative spirit to ensure there is high touch along with high tech in PROXUS’ offerings. He leverages his 12 years of sales, implementation, and training experience to effectively communicate the implications of technology solutions and their impact on business operations, including payroll, human resources, time and attendance, and employee benefits applications.
Colton began his career at Zurich Payroll Solutions (ZPS), where he was extremely effective in identifying and communicating business solutions and managing the sales and implementation of payroll and human resource systems. As a Systems Consultant for the Mid-Atlantic Region of ZPS, he supported eight District Managers which represented over $1.3 million in regional sales. He successfully implemented systems for companies employing 50 – 5,000 people. Colton helped minimize the potentially large exposure for corporate clients through his significant compliance experience with payroll regulations and tax requirements, and human resource compliance including FMLA, OSHA and HIPAA regulations. Prior to becoming part of the PROXUS executive team, Colton served as Executive Vice President for Professional Payroll Solutions LLC, overseeing the technology requirements for the company and its clients.
Colton holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Industrial Psychology from Washington and Jefferson College.
