Cash Taylor, Director, HR Client Services
Cash Taylor is an engaging HR Business Partner who serves as a Senior Human Resources Consultant within the HR Division at PROXUS. Cash is responsible for leading a PROXUS HR Client Services Team through the delivery of targeted HR services and solutions. Under the direction of PROXUS’ VP of HR Client Services, Cash manages client relationships, advises and guides clients in both outsourced and project-based HR engagements, and allocates PROXUS team resources to ensure the highest level of efficiency, effectiveness, and impact for our clients.
Cash is a natural facilitator and mediator. She brings over fifteen years of experience in both the corporate and consulting sectors and possesses a wide-reaching background in Human Resources and Operations Management. Prior to joining PROXUS, she spent three years in the consulting sector serving as HR consultant to small and mid-sized businesses throughout the Philadelphia region. Previously, she worked in the corporate sector in various HR and Operational Management positions at high profile companies such as Verizon Communications, Comcast Cable and Burger King Corporation. Throughout the span of her career, Cash has gained extensive expertise in the areas of Facilitative Mediation, Leadership Development, Performance Management, Progressive Discipline, Meeting and Workshop Facilitation, Collective Bargaining Procedures, Change Management, and Employee Relations.
In addition to her professional responsibilities, Cash is also actively involved within the business and civic communities. She particularly loves mentoring young women and is a present member of the Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania. She has recently served as an Executive Committee Member of NExT, an Urban League affinity group as well as the National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC). Furthermore, she has served as Secretary on the Board of Directors of the Community Advocates Association of Children and Youth, Inc. (CAACY) and as a big sister in Big Sisters of Philadelphia.
Cash earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Delaware and is expecting her Master of Science degree in Organization Leadership from Cabrini College. Cash has also been a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and currently serves as an adjunct board Member of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR).
