On Friday, June 19, PROXUS hosted a free seminar titled “ACA Reporting Requirements: Is Your Business Prepared?” Held at the Ambler Theater, the seminar drew nearly 100 people and was led by ACA expert Dan Taylor, VP of Relationship Management at Infinisource.
Among the topics covered, Dan gave a broad overview of the ACA, including transition rules, penalties, full time employee status, measurement methods and affordability. He then reviewed the ACA’s new reporting requirements, including Sections 6055 and 6056 and Forms 1094 and 1095, and what they mean for employers.
