We're interested in learning more about your level of comfort or concern in understanding what you and your business will be required to do as this new legislation begins to take effect this fall.  The survey will be open through Wednesday, July 31, 2013.

To show our thanks for completing this short survey and to keep you informed, we plan to publish the results in PROXUS' August E-Newsletter. The first 25 respondents will be entered to win a $50 VISA gift card!
