About the Wage and Hour Division (WHD)
The DOL Wage and Hour Division (WHD) is responsible for enforcing some of our nation's most comprehensive federal labor laws on topics, including the minimum wage, overtime pay, recordkeeping, youth employment and special employment, family and medical leave, migrant workers, lie detector tests, worker protections in certain temporary worker programs, and the prevailing wages for government service and construction contracts.

PROXUS Principals, Greg Gast, SPHR and Jeff Green, MBA presented the April program, "Growing Your Business," at the Institute of Management Consultants Philadelphia Chapter (IMC-Philly) Breakfast Meeting at Plymouth Country Club, Plymouth Meeting.
Participants learned more about the importance of creating joint ventures, partnerships and referral arrangements to grow their business and expand the scope of services.
Gast and Green presented this topic at Confab (the IMC National Conference) last fall.
